matcha latte w/ coconut milk and light ice
STARBUCKS MATCHA LATTE
I just had my first matcha latte from Starbucks this week. The first one I had actually tasted pretty good. The matcha didn’t have the chalk-like flavor or astringency. However, isn’t it a dilemma that a cup of tea is hard to replicate… I tried another Starbucks store and this time the matcha tasted more chalky. Ironically, this matcha latte started with the taste of seaweed… Which wasn’t the flavor I was exactly going for.
Matcha is an interesting tea and I’m still working it into my tea diet. I’m assuming I’m going to have quite the matcha adventure!
